Breakfast & After School Club
We operate a Breakfast Club in the Family Centre Community Room (to the right of School Reception). We operate from 8am to 9am, Monday to Friday during term time.
Children are served a healthy breakfast, and then they can chose from a range of exciting activities and games before being escorted by school staff to their classrooms.
Before your child attends our Breakfast Club for the first time, you will need to complete our Registration Form available form the School Reception.
Following registration, all bookings and payments can be made on the School Gateway. You must pay for all sessions at the time of booking. We will not accept bookings without payment.
Bookings are available up to 48 hours before a session starts, and any bookings for a Monday will need to be made before 3.30pm on the Wednesday before.
Please note we have a limited number of places, and often sessions can be fully booked, so pre booking is essential to avoid disappointment and no children should be brought to the club without a booking.
After School Club
We will be recommencing operating our After School Club in school from Wednesday 1st September 2021, 3.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, during term time. We will run the club up to the Christmas holidays, and at this point we will review if the club is financially viable and able to continue in January 2022
All FS2 and KS1 children will be collected from their classroom, by the After School Club Co-ordinator at 3.30pm, KS2 children will meet in the hall and will be escorted to the School Community Room where the club will take place and a register will be taken.
Children would be provided with a drink and a healthy snack, and would be able to participate in various activities. The children would also have the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities, either on the rooftop or in the playground when the weather permits.
Children will require collecting from the Community Room, at or before 6.00pm. Children must be collected by 6.00pm at the latest, as any later would impact on staffing costs and the locking up of the Premises. In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your child by the required time, it is your responsibility to ensure that you arrange another person to pick up your child by 6.00pm. We are unable to accommodate late pick ups.
Each session will cost £10 per child. All bookings would need to be made via the School Gateway, one week in advance, to ensure that staffing levels are planned effectively, and for catering purposes. Fees for the week would need to be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made on the School Gateway. If payment is not made at the time of booking, then the booking will be cancelled automatically.
We would require a registration document/data information sheet, with emergency contact and medical information etc on, to be completed prior to any child joining the Club.
