PE

Our PE days are Wednesdays and Fridays. On these days children may wear their Burton Road PE kits to school. This term we are learning about Invasion Games and the skills needed to play these games. Take a look at these photographs of what we have been learning so far in PE.

Art

We have started our learning in Class 5 with our whole school Art focus. In KS1 we chose to study the Land Artist, Andy Goldsworthy. We have explored the main features of Andy Goldsworthy’s work and been inspired to use different mediums to create our own pieces both small scale and large scale. We have decided to create a permanent piece of art to display for our whole school community to see. Watch this space to see the completed piece.
