  We are helping to raise money for Children in Need, all children can wear pyjamas or Pudsey Bear T shirts/clothing tomorrow, all donations can be made via the School Gateway, thanks 

• Poppy Appeal 2022

  Dear Parents/Guardians,

  The School is once again selling poppies for the Royal British Legion Poppy appeal.  These are available for a suggested donation of 20p each.

  In addition, we have also been supplied with a selection of Zip Pulls and Reflectors priced at 50p,  Silicon Wristbands priced at £1 and Snapbands at £1.50.

  We only have a limited number of these items available and they will be on sale from The School Reception from  Wednesday 2^nd November.   All items will be sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, once the items have been sold, we will be unable to obtain any further supplies due to the limited number available from the British Legion.

  Please note that we will be unable to sell these items at the beginning or at the end of the school day.  All items will be on sale at morning break time only.

  Thank you in anticipation of your support for this extremely worthy cause.

• Tempest Retakes

  Tempest Photography will be in school on Thursday 20th October for any retakes, please inform the school office if you require a retake (if you have not already done so)

• BBC Children in Need - 18th November 2022

  Dear Parents/Guardians,

   

  We are pleased to confirm that the school and nursery will be holding a ‘Pyjama Day’ on Friday 18^th November 2022, raising funds for Children in Need.

  We are inviting all our pupils to attend school in their pyjamas, onesies etc., and to donate to this very worthy cause. Children may also choose to wear Children in Need T-Shirts.

  Please do not send any money into school, please make your donation via the School Gateway App. Please access the Payment Tab, Children in Need Pyjama Day, and make your donation. Any amount will be gratefully accepted.

  We look forward to seeing you all in your pyjamas!

• School Photo Orders

  Our School Photo proofs will be coming home with the children today.  Please order online by 12th October to qualify for free delivery to school.  Orders can be placed after this date, but will incur a P & P charge

  As a mark of respect, our School & Nursery will be closed on Monday 19th September for the State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

• National Fitness Day - Weds 21st September 2022

  All children will need to come to school in their Burton Road PE Kit as we are taking part in the 'National Fitness Day' on Weds 21st September 2022.  All Classes will take part in a Daily Mile in the morning, followed by a selection of activities in class in the afternoon.
