Where are we on the road to success?
Monitoring and assessment, whether in lessons as a teacher, or across the school curriculum as a subject leader, is rigorous at Burton Road. With termly subject reviews and a Governor review, held in March for P.E, we ensure we know where we are at, our intended destination and how we are going to get there! Please see our current development plan below.
Part of our monitoring process is listening to our pupils, finding out what they know and understand about their lessons and using this to shape future points.
