COVID-19 winter grant scheme update

As part of the COVID-19 winter grant scheme, the council has been given a further £328,912 of government funding to support vulnerable households in Barnsley. Everyone who received the winter grant payment in January will automatically receive a further £60. The scheme will close on Friday 16 April for all new applications.
